Refund policy

Cancellation Policy:

  1. Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
  2. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation will not be possible through the website.

Return Policy:

  1. Returns and exchanges are applicable only to select products. Detailed return eligibility and conditions are provided on the respective product pages. For most products, the standard return window is 3 days.
  2. The return policy for any product is subject to change without prior notice.
  3. In case we do not have pick up service available at your location, you would have to self-ship the product to our office Address.
  4. Return/Exchange charges may apply on case to case basis.

Refund Policy:

  1. Once the issue is verified and approved, the refund will be processed.
  2. Refund will be initiated within 5–7 working days to the original mode of payment.

Important Notes:

  • Products must be unopened and in original sealed condition to qualify for any claim.
  • Complaints must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with proper proof.
  • Results, effectiveness, taste, or personal health response are not valid reasons for return.
  • Minor variations in color, smell, or texture are natural for herbal products and not treated as defects.
  • Storage conditions after delivery are the customer’s responsibility.
